Configure build chamber temperature control in Klipper

After the patent for an enclosed build chamber heating system by Stratasys expired on February 27, 2021, I expected a larger number of 3D printers with it, but unfortunately the hype did not materialize. There are only printers with active build chamber heating in the higher price range.
