The best video editing programme available free of charge, which is also used for major Hollywood productions, is Black Magic's Davinci Resolve. It has a very good, if not the best, tool for colour correction and is therefore mainly used by professionals. It is a professional programme that is available in a free version, in which you have to make a few compromises, but this should not be a problem for most users. The free version only supports one graphics card and some functions are blocked, but these are mostly only used by professionals. Since version 16, it has also been specially optimised for vloggers and gamers who just want to quickly edit a video.

  Version 16 now features the Edit Page, which is specifically designed for quick and easy video editing, just as gamers and vloggers need it. This is also very suitable for beginners and newcomers, as the interface is clear and simple.
